The Shakespeare project are very excited to announce that our 2019 production will be Macbeth.
Arguably one of Shakespeare’s greatest plays, Macbeth explores themes of the supernatural, fate, and the corrosive nature of ambition. Based on true events (yes, really!), we follow the descent of Macbeth from celebrated war hero to murderous tyrant.
Fresh from prestigious institutions such as The Royal Shakespeare Company, London’s Globe and The National Theatre, our company of professional actors and creatives are proud to bring quality Shakespeare productions to the South East.
Based in an original Victorian Theatre space at the beautiful Salomons Estate (Royal Tunbridge Wells), our aim is to bring Shakespeare’s work to life, with superb storytelling being at the very heart of what we do.
